On our way to Hamilton we stopped at an unknown place. I had no idea where we were. We got out of the car and I realized that we had stopped at Lavender Farm Kihikihi.
We had arrived to Alphra Lavenders in Kihikihi New Zealand for a stop (we were going to Hamilton). Lavender always smells good! It has a sweet and delicate smell.
It is a great place for photography. You will get to enjoy the wonderful scenery and view.
Did you know that Lavender oil is believed to help in healing minor burns and bug bites due to it's antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties. It is also known for it's calming affect and aids in sleeping.

Alphra Lavenders is located at 169 Brotherhood Road, Te Awamutu 3875, Kihikihi, Waikato, New Zealand. Kihikihi is a 35 minute drive to Hamilton and is approximately 2 hour drive to Auckland Airport.

Alphra Lavenders is open until late December to early February. Opening hours is 8am - 7pm.
Alphra Lavenders' Shop
Most of their products they sell are made out of lavender, like the lavender candy, the lavender honey, and other essentials. You should taste the lavender candy, they're delicious!
Here is the video taken 2017. We also went here on 2019. There was no entrance fee that time.
